The world we grew up in is long gone. But is it really? When we were kids scars were worn as a badge of honor and having your arm in a cast was a rite of passage. Most of our ideas either landed us in trouble or got us pretty fucked up. It was part of life.
Times have changed. Bullets replaced Nerf darts, parachutes replaced bedsheets and R1’s carry us around town instead of BMX bikes. Despite these changes we desire to stay true to who were. That spirit lives on in us and yea maybe we aren’t putting M80s into trash cans anymore but building machine guns in our garage and committing tax fraud seems like a logical progression. Ok maybe I’m joking a little bit but you get the point.
We don’t have to worry about the street lights anymore, our parents aren’t going to ground us if we stay out too late. We’re not born to slow crawl till the end. We are all Headed Home anyway so yea, get some speeding tickets, swoop a parachute, do a flip, but make it interesting at least. You won’t ever get this time back. Especially if you end up in prison. Don’t end up in prison.
