Returns & Exchanges

We get it. Sometimes things don’t work out. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase

Pre-orders and gift cards are none-refundable.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. We got you.

Partial Refunds

We may issue a partial refund in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any return requested more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please email us at:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you, you’ll receive store credit once your return is received.

If it wasn’t marked or noted as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Info

We’re not Amazon. We’re a husband and wife team running things ourselves. So while we hustle hard to get your order out quick, we ask for a little grace.

  • Standard shipping time: Usually 3-7 business days after your order is processed

  • Shipping method: USPS & UPS (or best available based on your location)

  • Processing Time: Typically within 3-5 business days

  • You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships

Heads- Up:

If we’re out of town or away from the “office.” we’ll post an update on our website and social media to give you a heads up. We believe in keeping it transparent- No ghosting here.

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non refundable since we cover shipping cost

  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it

  • We don’t guarantee we’ll receive your return- PLEASE use tracking!
