Headed Home Shipping Policy

Please review our shipping policy for all the details you’ll need to know about how we handle orders.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You’ll also receive another email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship domestically within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
    • Expedited International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, postal delays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of shipping carriers through Ship Station to ensure the best rates and delivery times for your location. The carrier selected for your order will be based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please allow extra time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [Customer Support Email] as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and packaging, and contact us at [Customer Support Email] within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Missing Packages: If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package still cannot be located, please contact us for further assistance.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately at headedhomeapparel@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
