By accessing and using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you don’t agree with any of this, stop reading and head elsewhere.

2. Products and Availability

We sell bold, unapologetic apparel designed to reflect the Headed Home brand and spirit. All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We try and keep things accurate, but sometimes mistakes happen. If a product you ordered isn’t available, we’ll let you know and issue a refund or offer alternatives.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're making a deal with us and we take that seriously. Headed Home Apparel is a small family run business. Not some faceless corporation with endless staff. Sometimes life calls us away- maybe a weekend trip, a family emergency, or week long vacation which can delay shipping your order. When that happens, we’ll be upfront and post updates on our website and socials so you’re never left wondering what’s going on.

Prices and availability can change without notice because well, that’s how life works. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (fraud, shady business , or just plain bad vibes).

Bottom Line: We will always do our best to get your order packaged and shipped quickly.

4. Shipping

We ship orders within the timeframes posted on our site (unless life happens-see above). All orders receive free standard shipping within the United States. Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. If you ever need your order quickly and want to pay for express or overnight shipping, great! Just let us know in the notes of your order or send us an email.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please review our full Return and Refund Policy before purchasing. Pre-order items and gift cards are final sales. No returns or exchanges. For all other items, returns must meet the conditions outlined in our policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, logos, images and text is the property of Headed Home Apparel and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Don’t steal our stuff. If you want to use it, just ask us.

7. User Content

You agree not to misuse our website or products, or of anything illegal or harmful while interacting with us. We’re here for the bold and the fearless. Not the trouble makers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our gear is badass, but we can’t guarantee it’s perfect. We provide “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk- like life.

9. Limitation of Liability

Headed Home Apparel isn’t liable for any damages resulting from your purchase or use of our products or site. No matter what, we’re not responsible for your bad decisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we’ll post the changes here. Your continued use means you accept those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If anything ever goes sideways and legal stuff has to happen, it’ll be handled in Arizona. That’s home base.
